One of the more frequent complaints from consumers
about Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems is the high initial cost
of the systems, and the expected future cost when the sensor
batteries expire. The current systems on the market have sealed
sensors with internal, non-changeable batteries, and after a
period of 3 to 5 years, the batteries expire. The current answer
to this is to send the sensors back to the company (where they
simply dispose of them), and purchase all new sensors for your
system.
This is not only cost prohibitive, but also not very
environmentally friendly. But now you have a choice. The
TireTraker™ TT400C
can be purchased to protect you and your RV at a very reasonable
price - Plus the system also has user replaceable batteries in
the sensors, saving you a considerable amount on future costs.
