Before the Sale
We pride ourselves on our customer service.

If you have any questions, we are available 7 days
per week to help in any way.

At rallies and shows, we offer complete installation
of all of our EMS products. Also, if we are traveling in your area,
arrangements can be made to install at your location.

Our installation charge for an EMS unit is $110.00.
There are no hidden extras. This charge includes any time required
to install and any additional products necessary to complete the
installation (electrical wire, strain relief's, clamps, etc).

We come to you - no need to move your RV.

Factory trained and fully insured for your
protection.
Service After the Sale
We take care of our customers after the sale.

Once again, we are available 7 days per week to help
in any way.

If we are in your area, or at a rally that you may
be attending, there is no charge for service calls.

If we can repair the unit at your RV, there is no
charge for parts or labor, for as long as you own your unit.
